Student Needs:

• Training for small and large groups on both general and specific needs (e.g., ADHD, ASD, SEMH).

Staff Professional Development:

• Coaching for middle leaders and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), plus training in safeguarding, mental health, Safer Learning Environment and timetabling

​Support for New SENCOs:

• Tailored guidance and mentoring  helping new SENCOs navigate responsibilities such as managing SEN provision, assessments to EHC plan applications.​                                        

Private Assessments:

• Guidance and assistance with obtaining private assessments for your child. 

• NB: Formal diagnoses can only be made by specialist services eg Educational Psychologists or CAMHS.

Parental EHC Applications:

• Help with the entire EHC application process, including gathering evidence and completing paperwork.

Advice and Support:

• Support in preparing for and navigating review meetings, ensuring your child's needs are met.
